2011
Kimberly Bartosik is a terrific edgy New York choreographer, and has presented work all over the world. She founded daela, her modern dance company, in 2005. Kimberly invited me to perform in her newest evening-length work, and in March we worked in residence at the CCN de France-Comté on Belfort, France. In August we worked in residence at LMCC Governor's Island. The work premiered September 22-24 at Danspace Project. You can learn more about Kimberly and her work at http://www.daela.org. 2010
In March 2010 I was commissioned by ALIVE SHOES to install a site-specific artwork in Ancona, Italy using hundreds of pairs of colorful sneakers. ALIVE SHOES is an Italian arts organization that blurs the line between art and fashion. The editioned shoes from my installation have yet to make their online launch, but you can learn more about the project at http://www.aliveshoes.com

London-based fashionista The Clothes Whisperer was present during installation and in addition to taking terrific photographs wrote quite lucidly about my project and ALIVE SHOES. The two postings below give a good visual and conceptual overview of Striped Arch, my installation:
